1．  交割单位

原油期货标准合约的交割单位为1000桶，交割数量必须是交割单位的整数倍。

2．  最后交易日

原油期货合约最后交易日为交割月份前第一月的最后一个交易日；为保护期货交易各方的合法权益和社会公共利益，防范市场风险，上海国际能源交易中心有权根据国家法定节假日调整最后交易日。例如， 临近最后交日日，最后交易日和交割日期之间出现连续三天以上的国家法定节假日的，上海国际能源交易中心可以决定提前或者延后最后交易日，并提前进行公告。

交割品质

中质含硫原油，基准品质为API度32.0，硫含量1.5%。具体可交割油种及升贴水由能源中心另行规定，上海国际能源交易中心可根据市场发展情况对交割油种及升贴水进行调整。

本合约所称的原油，是指从地下天然油藏直接开采的道德液态碳氢化合物或其天然形成的混合。

指定交割仓库

由上海国际能源交易中心指定并另行公告。

Settlement Unit

Crude oil futures contract settlement unit is 1,000 barrels, the settlement quantity must be an integral multiple of 1,000 barrels

Last Trading Day

The last trading day of the crude oil futures contract is the last trading day of the first month before the delivery month. To protect the futures legitimate rights and interests of all parties and the public interest, and to prevent the market risk, INE has the right to adjust the last trading day based on the national statutory holidays. For example, INE may decide to advance or delay the date of the last trading day and announce it in advance if there is a national statutory holiday for more than three consecutive days between the last trading day and the settlement date.

Delivery Quality

Medium crude oil with the benchmark quality 32.0°API gravity and sulfur content of 1.5%. INE will announce the specific kind of the settlement oil and premiums. Also, INE can adjust the premiums based on market developments. The term "crude oil" used in this contract refers to the liquid hydrocarbons that are directly mined from the underground natural reservoirs or the blends of their natural forms.

Delivery warehouse is designated by INE and will be announced later.
